To introduce myself,

Kick off 2017 with 16 EVO Courses for FREE!

"A man can do no more than he can."

I totally disagree with this proverb. If I do not have something, it is me who truly feels how much I need it. I do not talk about feelings only, but knowledge and skills as well. As a teacher, I am not always good at teaching all areas of English language. When I recognize my disability or lack, I work hard to improve that and prove to myself that I can do it.

That's why you should look inside yourself from time to time to talk to the self and listen to your inner voice.

Metacognition and reflection are NOT synonymous ...

Metacognition and reflection are often used inter-changeably in educational conversations. However, there is a definite distinction between these two terms. Metacognition is the one that is often misused and understood among educators, teachers and researchers. I always read and hear that it simply means "thinking about thinking."

What does it mean?

Snip; a free screenshot tool from Microsoft

Making tutorials for my students and other colleagues is a daily activity as a teacher. I already use Snagit program that helps me to capture my screen, add my annotations, and then save it as an image file. For many years, it works well with me. However, one needs more. That's why I share with you a free screenshot tool from Microsoft called Snip with many other fabulous features.

Why Snip?
